A mixture of fresh meat from all parts of the calf and lamb, cut and vacuum-packed. You can select the quantity, the process and the delivery option.

Depending on our inventory and the season, the content of the combo meat box is subject to change.

For our fresh combo boxes, you will receive a mix of: T-bones, roasts, ground meat, soup bones, stewing cubes, chops, racks, and shanks.

The plan to build a slaughterhouse was born in 2006. We prioritized securing highly trained and competent staff and by the fall of 2018, we had build a state of the art slaughterhouse which met all of the hygienic, health and environmental standards.
