What our beef boxes contain

A mixture of fresh meat from all parts of the beef, cut and vacuum-packed. You can select the quantity, the process and the delivery option. 

What you will receive in your box

Depending on our inventory and the season, the content of the beef box are subject to change.

For example, our summer boxes typically contain: steaks, shikobob cubes and ground meat.  Whereas, in the winter, boxes contain more roasts and stew and other cuts that allow you the flexibility to put into the slowcooker and enjoy the nostalgic smells of "grandma's house".

The plan to build a slaughterhouse was born in 2006.  We prioritized securing highly trained and competent staff and by the fall of 2018, we had build a state of the art slaughterhouse which met all of the hygienic, health and environmental standards.
