Delivery

We deliver on Wednesday and Friday. The waiting time is about a week depending on what you order. For a quarter, a half or a whole beef the delay is longer. To provide you with a superior quality product, we must allow the meat to age between 14 and 21 days depending on the weight of the carcass. 

We deliver to Pontiac and Gatineau.
